At Cassati Scents Private Limited (“Cassati”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we have outlined our return and refund policy below. We request you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase on www.cassati.in.

No Return Policy

All Cassati products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personal care, hygiene, and fragrance nature.

Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than those explicitly stated below.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be considered only in the following cases:

1. The product received is damaged

2. The product received is defective

3. An incorrect product was delivered

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Clear images or videos of the product, outer packaging, and invoice must be shared

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval

All reported cases are subject to internal verification and quality inspection.
Cassati reserves the right to approve or reject any request at its sole discretion.

Replacement Process

If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
If the product is unavailable, a refund may be initiated instead

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.
