ll purchases are shipped from our warehouse located in Calicut, Kerala – India, via our trusted courier partners. Please allow the following estimated delivery timelines from the date of order confirmation:

Delivery Information

Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
A signature is required upon delivery. If you will not be available to receive the order, please provide an alternative recipient such as a family member, neighbour, colleague, or security personnel.

Cassati Scents Private Limited is not responsible for deliveries signed by an alternative person at the delivery address.

Cassati Scents Private Limited is not liable for any damage that occurs after the order has been delivered and signed for.

Shortages or Damages

All claims related to shortages, incorrect items, or transit damages must be reported to our customer service team on the same day of delivery for us to take prompt action.
